We strive to provide the best possible service here at A.J.Pugh Butchers, but if you are unhappy with any part of the buying process please contact us as we will be happy to rectify any products which are wrongly sent or below our standard of quality.
We do however, ask that any problems are reported within 24 hours of receiving your items.
Our staff are friendly and will be only too happy to help any of our valued customers.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds for packages not received due to no one being home to collect, as if they are taken back to the courier depot, there will be no refrigeration. See our Delivery Information if you are unsure whether you will be home to collect your package.
